Within those professional years, I acknowledged experience in Commercial and Ago lending sales, Retail Sales, building customer and employee oriented learning and training system in line with organizational culture, Management of medium and big teams maximum up to 500 employees, Rural Value chain Development and blended finance, transformation management while transforming Rural Development Agency to European Accredited Paying Agency, consultancy and serving as Practical Independent Sector Expert to diverse teams, Agricultural Extension Services Development, and other competencies.
