Archil Javelidze

Archil is a head of the private sector oversight unit at Personal Data Protection Services with 10 years of experience in the legal profession. Archil has a broad practice spanning all directions of privacy law (Data Protection and Security, Consumer Privacy, Healthcare Privacy, Financial Privacy, Employee Privacy, International Privacy Laws, Online Privacy and Digital Rights, etc.). Archil leads compliance audits conducted within the private sector. Also, Archil actively holds informative trainings for the private sector and business associations in order for them to create an action plan aimed at achieving compliance with personal data protection regulations under the laws of Georgian, GDPR and international best practices. Archil advised on the new draft law on Personal Data Protection to fill the gaps existing in the local practice.
