Lela Khundadze
Introduction:
Lela Khundadze is a highly experienced psychologist and trainer with over 35 years of expertise in both theoretical and practical psychology. She began her career as a research fellow at the Institute of Psychology named after Dmitry Uznadze of the Georgian Academy of Sciences, where she worked from 1988 to 1997. Throughout her career, Lela has been actively involved as a trainer-consultant in various non-governmental organizations, including the Center for Change and Conflict Management “Partners-Georgia,” the Center for the Development of Humanitarian Technologies, and “Women for Future.”
Currently, Lela serves as an invited lecturer at Tbilisi Free University, a mediator in Tbilisi City Court, and a trainer-psychologist within the Human Capital Management Department at TBC Bank. Her work is recognized for blending practical psychological principles with effective communication strategies to enhance human capital management.

- 1982-1987: Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology
- Completed various international vocational training programs (2006-2021)
