INTRODUCTION:
Gvantsa Barabadze is a creative coach who helps leaders maximize their personal and professional potential. Gvantsa has experience in conducting development initiatives for local as well as international organizations. She is the founder and CEO of Leadership Development Institute and facilitates leadership transition programs in Georgia. Currently working with individuals and organizations in Georgia, helping leadership transformation and development.
Prior to her training and Coaching career, Gvantsa had over 8 years of diverse career with Innovator LLC, holding various general management positions. She has vast practical experience in Project Management, business development, setting up and managing representation in Africa (Ethiopia).
Her knowledge includes system thinking in Organization development, organizational design and development, talent and leadership programs and Executive development & coaching. Besides leadership development programs she currently delivers training courses in Executive Coaching, Effective Communication and Performance. She has a strong passion in personal development psychology, new paradigms in personal and organizational development and Leadership.
Her education includes Master in Organization Development. She is certified as an ICF Professional Coach (PCC). She is currently a member and president of the International Federation of ICF (Sakartvelo Chapter)
